Earlier this month, the government told us more about the Job Retention Bonus. Announced by Rishi Sunak some time ago now, this is the £1,000 per person you can claim in relation to each furloughed employee who you are able to keep in employment through to the end of January 2021. There is a short list of other criteria to meet but, if you qualify, you must make your claim between 15th January and 31st March 2021, so set yourself a reminder to do it. Further guidance is here.
