Waterfront has advised Foodity Technologies in relation to an investment in the company by a number of private investors, including Matthew Freud. Foodity Technologies provides digital marketing software that connects publishers, brands and retailers to create shoppable content, ads or applications.
The Waterfront team advising on this transaction was led by Matt Cunningham with support from Patrick Peake and Fifi Conroy.
