Waterfront advises Cubica and Q6 on their recent acquisition by Chemring Group PLC
Waterfront has advised longstanding clients, Cubica Technology and Q6 Holdings (“Cubica Group”), on their recent acquisition by FTSE 250-listed Chemring Group, a provider of advanced technology products and services to the aerospace, defence and security markets. Cubica is a research and development company specialising in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data fusion and autonomy. Q6 is the majority shareholder of Vigil AI, which has technology providing state-of-the-art solutions to enable online platforms to detect imagery relating to child sexual exploitation globally.
