Charlotte’s versatility sees her advising and representing clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, as well as joint ventures, venture capital investments, shareholders’ agreements and many other corporate matters.
Charlotte has worked with domestic and international clients from a variety of different industries, including IT, telecommunications, technology, media, venture capital and travel. Those clients can be large multinational companies through to start-up businesses, company founders, directors, entrepreneurs, investors and shareholders. They have come to appreciate her dedication to clients as well as her hard work, eye for detail and pragmatic approach. She also works closely with Waterfront’s commercial team.
Charlotte is a graduate of Sussex University and joined Waterfront as a paralegal in 2018. In 2019, she became a trainee solicitor at Waterfront and qualified into the corporate team as an associate in 2020. Before joining Waterfront, Charlotte worked at a technology company in their in-house legal team, where she drafted and negotiated a variety of commercial contracts.
