Emmanuella is an Associate in the intellectual property (IP) and disputes team. She assists with contentious and non-contentious matters including design infringement, trade mark infringement and passing off, copyright infringement, patent infringement, breach of contract, and commercial disputes.
She advises and represents clients from a wide range of industries, including but not limited to, pharmaceuticals, media, toys, furniture design, entertainment, and publishing. Her clients range from individuals to small and medium size companies, to multinationals. She specialises in cases involving copyright, trademark, and pan-European patent issues.
Emmanuella is a fluent French, English and Spanish speaker.
Emmanuella completed her training as a solicitor at Waterfront before qualifying as an associate in the IP & Disputes Team.
