Jo Stacy

Jo represents sole traders, company directors, limited companies and SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in corporate (transactional) and commercial contracts,

Jo has particular experience in media, music and sales and distribution services in the hospitality sector. Part of her caseload involves the negotiation of purchase terms for clients in the leisure industry, third party supplier contracts, and preparing non-disclosure agreements and sales agreements in the motor racing sector. Her responsiveness and  dependability have come to be viewed as assets by clients.

Jo joined Waterfront as an associate in May 2021. She obtained a law degree from the University of London International Programme while working full-time in sales and distribution. She qualified as a solicitor in November 2019.
