Phil deals with all aspects of IP disputes, from the pre-action stage (when no one is yet suing or being sued) through to litigation in the High Court and IPEC (Intellectual Property Enterprise Court) or settlement.

Phil has been at Waterfront since qualifying in May 2020. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from Oxford University.
With a keen interest in the application of intellectual property law to developing technologies, Phil has contributed to reports published by the Law Society on blockchain and distributed ledger technologies (DLT) and is a member of the Society for Computers and Law, Tech London Advocates and IPSoc.
