Francesca is an Associate in the IP and Disputes team. She has over 6 years of experience dealing with a range of disputes including design, trade mark, copyright infringement and passing off. She also has experience of breach of contract, misrepresentation and other commercial disputes.
She has advised and represented a range of clients from large high profile companies to small tech start-ups from a wide range of industries including but not limited to retail, fashion, and tech. She has experience of litigation in both the High Court, as well as the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court.
Francesca joined Waterfront in November 2023. Prior to Waterfront Francesca worked in the IP & Commercial Disputes team at Wedlake Bell and the IP & IT Disputes team at Deloitte Legal (previously Kemp Little) for 5 years where she also completed her training contract.
