Henry is an Associate in the IP and Disputes team. He assists with contentious and non-contentious matters including design infringement, trade mark infringement and passing off, copyright infringement, patent infringement, breach of contract, and commercial disputes.
He has advised a range of private, public sector and voluntary organisations on their brand strategy and IP enforcement – ensuring that the value and enforceability of their IP is protected. He has experience of working on the IP aspects of corporate transactions, licensing and assignment agreements.
Henry joined Waterfront in April 2024. Prior to Waterfront Henry worked in the IP & Commercial team at Geldards LLP for 4 years, where he also completed his training contract
